Description

Apartment 23F is a exceptional apartment, with an unique sea-front location, 50 meters from the beach and overlooking the Roman ruins in Praia da Luz.

This is a 1st floor apartment, with it’s own direct entrance from the exterior. It is on the top floor of the building, with it’s own private roof terrace, commanding superb views of the beach and part of the village.

As you walk in there is a small hallway which leads to the kitchen. The living room is very spacious and there is a dining table and chairs to one side. French windows open out onto a good-sized balcony with amazing views over the Roman ruins, the beach and the sea. There is a table and chairs for some “al-fresco” dining.

The living room comprises leather sofas and is decorated in a nautical theme, with air-conditioning. There is a large flat-screen TV with cable TV with a large selection of Portuguese and English channels. This villa has wireless internet.

The kitchen is light in color and has a marble worktop. It is well equipped with fridge with separate freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine and kettle. There is an arched hatch through to the living room.

The main bedroom has two single beds, a full en-suite bathroom and air-conditioning. French windows lead out onto a South-facing balcony.

The second bedroom also has two single beds and a built-in wardrobe. There is a further family bathroom with bathtub.

This is a extremely light and pleasant apartment in a privileged location in Luz with a superb unimpeded view of the beach and sea, almost on top of the beach, you are just a skip away from the beach were you can make full use of all the restaurants, shops and bars from the beach promenade, as well as being very close to the center of Luz where you will find all the expected amenities including supermarkets, banks and pharmacy.

Weekly cleaning and utilities are included in the price on short term stays, but are paid separately on long term stays (1 month or more).
