Apartment E4 is a lovely 2 bedroom apartment with amazing sea views that sleeps up to 5 people. Excellent location ideal for a family or couples holiday, only a few minutes walk from the beach and the center of Praia da Luz.
This apartment is situated on the ground floor, with main entrance and access from the car park on the back, but also with a south facing gated garden with a view from the front.
The apartment has one double bedroom with a new en-suite bathroom, and one twin bedroom. With a further separate, modern shower room.
The renovated kitchen has a full cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
The south-facing living and dining room has a flat-screen satellite TV, DVD and CD players. With Wifi Internet, the living room leads through patio doors to the garden area with tables and chairs for a nice meal outside with a view, but also with sun loungers and a small BBQ.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned (hot and cold). It has electric blinds and an automatic awning.
There is no need for a car, since this apartment is located between the center and the beach in Luz, within easy walking distance of all the shops, restaurants, supermarkets, pubs and of course the lovely beach in Luz.
Weekly cleaning and utilities are included in the price on short term stays, but are paid separately on long term stays (1 month or more).
