Description
Villa Boavista 84 is a charming villa with 3 bedrooms and private pool, roughly 1 km from Praia da Luz.
The spacious living room has a sofa, coffee table and a fireplace. There is a TV with HD Cable Channels as well as High Speed Fiber Wireless Internet.
The dining area with table and 6 chairs, and a big fridge/freezer can also be found here. Small kitchen well equipped with oven/hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, among other basic appliances. Both the living room and dining area have French windows which open out onto the pool terrace.
The master bedroom has a double bed, two bedside tables and a built-in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom, complete with toilet, bidet, hand basin and bath with overhead shower.
The other two bedrooms – one with double bed and one with two single beds – also have bedside tables and big built-in wardrobes. A family bathroom, complete with toilet, bidet, hand basin and bath with overhead shower.
Outside, there is a rectangular pool with a shaded BBQ area. There is also a table and chairs for “al fresco” dining. On the first floor there is a big roof terrace with some sea view.
Located in a nice and quiet location, since its in a cul-de-sac and away from the main roads its very relaxed and comfortable, although close to Praia da Luz it is a steep walk going down, so we do recommend a car for this villa, so its easier to go to Luz as well as Burgau and the city of Lagos.
Weekly cleaning and utilities are included in the price on short term stays, but are paid separately on long term stays (1 month or more).
