Ah its Summer time, lots of parties, loads of sunshine and good times in the beaches, so here in Luzholidays the summer bookings have been going pretty good this year (as is the weather by the way), but as always there are dates that cant be booked easily, clients that stay for 2 weeks and a half or weekend clients or 9 days, so this year with the new site we decided to create a section for those villas, apartments, cottages that still have available dates or just properties we got a especial discount price to offer, for last minute holidays or just better dates.

Well we do realize there are a lot of car hire companies and as always some are better than others, but car hire is not just another service we offer, as always we want to give you a value added service, so by booking your holiday car through us you actually have several advantages that you might not get by going to another car hire that looks good on paper, such as:

The Lagos City Hall, has been struggling for quite some time now with its kennel, so it has decided to start a campaign of adoptions called “Ganhe um Novo Amigo” (translated: Win a New Friend), in hopes that a lot of the current residents of the kennel can find a good home and open space for more animals on the kennel, as well as to stop putting animals to sleep.

Any animal offered for adoption will have all its shots as well as a identity microchip.

Also in regards with the adoption program, each week a new animal will be chosen as a highlight and that animal will have all its taxes, shots, microchip for free.

The Municipal Kennel is always open to everyone during the week, from 8h30 to 12h00 and from 13h00 to 16h00, also its open in the last Saturday of the Month from 9h00 to 12h00 for anyone that wants to adopt but cant come during the week.

first is Villa Almarsa, located in the slope of Praia da Luz, so it has a really nice view of Luz and its garden, its spacious and comfortable with a really nice swimming pool,

the second is Apartment 2F more inside Luz, its a small apartment but really nice with modern furniture and a view of Luz (since in the last floor).

Well with the Iceland Volcano Ash Cloud a lot of people are stranded throughout Europe, the same goes here, as some of our clients are unable to take a flight back home as well as some clients are unable to take a flight for their holidays in Praia da Luz (some are just taking their cars and drive here ^_^), as we reshuffle bookings our main concern is that our clients have all the support they need to get back home or to stay a couple of days more waiting for a flight after the airports open again, as always we are all day available at the office as well as through our phone and e-mail.

On another note, last Friday was a bit cloudy and windy and wavy, it was still quite warm so a lot of people went to the beach ^^ but today Monday it was even better.
