For a symbolic fee you can have available for your stay, pool heating or central heating.

The apartment is on the second and last floor of a building on the center of Luz, about 200 meters from the beach, near supermarkets and restaurants. It has a beautiful view of the southern part of Luz and of the sea.

With a nice room with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds, the modern and equipped kitchenette has ceramic heat emitters, electric oven, little refrigerator, washing machine, microwaves, toasters, kettle, iron, etc.

It is very well equipped and decorated. The upstairs living/dining room has two sets of sliding doors opening onto a big terrace with table and chairs and a spectacular sea view.

The bedrooms are on the ground floor. The master bedroom with bathroom en suite, and another twin bedroom and a shower room. Both with fitted cupboards and both open into the private garden with lawn and pool, facing south.
