On the ground floor you have 2 terraces one with sun beds and the other with eating area, a large kitchen and dinning room, a bathroom and a wide living room with sitting for 10, with TV, Hi-fi and a Video Cassette Player.

The kitchen is well equipped with stove with over, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge and freezer, toaster, coffee machine, juicer, shaker.

On the first floor 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. All bedrooms have their own veranda. The children’s room, with 2 single beds and a small sofa, has a small mezzanine were the children can play. The other bedroom with a double bed an one single bed. And the main bedroom has a double bed, air-conditioning a TV.

It is very close to the beach and beach front restaurants, about 200 meters.

The front door leads to a hall with steps going up to the living area and down to the bedrooms area.

Upstairs there is a Kitchen, Living and Dinning room, a toilet and a Balcony.

Fully equipped kitchen with full Cooker with Oven, Fridge and Freezer, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee Machine, Kettle, Toaster and other small appliances you need on your everyday.
Also has all the crockery and cutlery. The hot water in the kitchen is supplied by an electric heater.

The dinning/living room has a LCD Portuguese Channels and Satelite with freeview English channels, also a DVD player is available as well as a DVD library, and an Hi-fi with CD player.
The leaving room leads on to a terrace, with a proper barbecue, Sun chairs. Where you can have meals and barbecues, sunbathe and enjoy the views.
There are outside stairs from the balcony on to the pool area.

Downstairs you have four bedrooms, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom (that the beds can be joined together), one bedroom with 3 single beds with a bathroom en-suite with a bathtub and a small bedroom with a single bed. The three large bedroom all have french doors that open to the pool area and garden area.
There is also another large bathroom with a walk-in shower. The washing machine is in this bathroom.
The hot water for the bathrooms is supplied by a gas boiler that is outside the villa.

Swimming Pool 5 x 4m with steps, Depth 2m (no shallow end), Pool cover and it can be heater for an extra fee.

The garden has a couple of citrus trees and you are welcome to help your self.

Near the villa, less them 1 minute away, you have 2 coffee-shops, one of them is an internet cafe with computers, the bakery shop and the post office.
Supermarkets and the chemist are also nearby, 5 minute walk.
There are in the area several golf courses, like Boavista or Palmares golf clubs.
In the beach you have available lots of water-sports as well as dolphin watching.

Situated in a fine location within a few hundred yards from the glorious beach in Praia da Luz, Villa Acacias 16 is a 2 floored villa with sea views, garden, pool, outdoor eating area, barbecue, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, satellite TV, central heating, safe are some of the features available in this villa.

Main entrance to the house is on the first floor. You will enter to the light and airy living/dining room with wood burning fire, satellite digital television with freeview UK channels, a dining table with seating for four. Large sliding doors open onto a spacious terrace with parasol and dining table and chairs and breath taking view of the sea, village and cliffs. The fitted kitchen, which is larger than most village houses, has granite work tops and excellent equipment: fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, fitted electric oven, gas top, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, etc.

The bedrooms are on the ground floor. The master bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom en suite, the other bedroom has twin beds and a shower room right outside the door. Both with fitted cupboards, fans and french doors that open into the private garden with lawn and pool, facing south. There is a sitting area beside the pool as well as sun lounges.

For a symbolic fee you can have available for your stay, pool heating or central heating.

The villa is divided into two floors, on the ground floor there are three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with twin single beds, all of them with patio doors facing the swimming pool area, as well as two fully equipped modern bathrooms. The bedrooms on the ground floor have fans available.
Mid way up the stair, you have a there is a large master bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning and en suite bathroom. This bedroom has french door on to a private small balcony, that leads you into the pool area. Also mid way up the stair there is a cloakroom.

On the first floor, there is a large sitting room, comfortably furnished, with a fireplace as well as air conditioning, with Satellite TV and DVD. Has a large balcony with a breath taking view over Luz town and to the mountain (Atalaia). There is a slightly raised dinning area and a fully equipped kitchen, with washing machine, a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, kettle, blender, etc. From the kitchen there is access to the rear garden that has another small garden with a barbecue, sitting and dinning area also with a beautiful view.

The Vila has a surrounding garden with lawn and trees, great for children to play and for the adults to relax. Large patio surrounding the pool with sun lounges and sun shades overlooking the beautiful views.

Waking distance to the beach 15 minutes, to restaurants and coffee shops 10 minutes, to the supermarket 15 minutes.

The apartment is on the second and last floor of a building on the center of Luz, about 200 meters from the beach, near supermarkets and restaurants. It has a beautiful view of the southern part of Luz and of the sea.

With a nice room with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds, the modern and equipped kitchenette has ceramic heat emitters, electric oven, little refrigerator, washing machine, microwaves, toasters, kettle, iron, etc.

It is 5 minutes drive to the nearest beach and there are several golf courses nearby. It is only 20 minutes to drive to the wonderful secluded surf beaches of the west coast.

Three bedrooms have double beds and one has twin beds. There is a further room in between the kitchen and hall, which has twin beds, however not considered as a bedroom.

Living room with a fireplace and dining room. Furnished in a rustic way, it is ideal for large families. Kitchen well equipped. Barbeque in the garden.

Situated about 1 kilometer from Praia da Luz near the coast towards Burgau. Only 150 meters to the sea (rocks and cliffs with possibility to swim from). Beautiful views over the coast and ocean. Long and deep pool (not suitable for children who cannot swim).

Garden around the villa with hedges, buganvilias, bushes. Total privacy. No phone. About 10 minutes walk to the village and beach along the shoreline.

Please Note, there is no TV set or Satellite installations at the villa.

Each bedroom has twin beds and faces the sea, with lovely views across to the beach and ocean, there is a sitting room with Satellite TV (Astra 1), a dining room, a hall, and a kitchen with dishwasher.

There are several terraces around the villa, so one can always find a nice sheltered place to sunbathe. Swimming pool with solar heating. Access to the beach is through a gate in the garden.
