Situated in a fine location within a few hundred yards from the glorious beach in Praia da Luz, Villa Acacias 16 is a 2 floored villa with sea views, garden, pool, outdoor eating area, barbecue, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, satellite TV, central heating, safe are some of the features available in this villa.

Main entrance to the house is on the first floor. You will enter to the light and airy living/dining room with wood burning fire, satellite digital television with freeview UK channels, a dining table with seating for four. Large sliding doors open onto a spacious terrace with parasol and dining table and chairs and breath taking view of the sea, village and cliffs. The fitted kitchen, which is larger than most village houses, has granite work tops and excellent equipment: fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, fitted electric oven, gas top, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, etc.

The bedrooms are on the ground floor. The master bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom en suite, the other bedroom has twin beds and a shower room right outside the door. Both with fitted cupboards, fans and french doors that open into the private garden with lawn and pool, facing south. There is a sitting area beside the pool as well as sun lounges.

For a symbolic fee you can have available for your stay, pool heating or central heating.

The villa is divided into two floors, on the ground floor there are three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with twin single beds, all of them with patio doors facing the swimming pool area, as well as two fully equipped modern bathrooms. The bedrooms on the ground floor have fans available.
Mid way up the stair, you have a there is a large master bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning and en suite bathroom. This bedroom has french door on to a private small balcony, that leads you into the pool area. Also mid way up the stair there is a cloakroom.

On the first floor, there is a large sitting room, comfortably furnished, with a fireplace as well as air conditioning, with Satellite TV and DVD. Has a large balcony with a breath taking view over Luz town and to the mountain (Atalaia). There is a slightly raised dinning area and a fully equipped kitchen, with washing machine, a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, kettle, blender, etc. From the kitchen there is access to the rear garden that has another small garden with a barbecue, sitting and dinning area also with a beautiful view.

The Vila has a surrounding garden with lawn and trees, great for children to play and for the adults to relax. Large patio surrounding the pool with sun lounges and sun shades overlooking the beautiful views.

Bean shaped swimming pool with cover, pool heating is available for a symbolic fee.

Waking distance to the beach 15 minutes, to restaurants and coffee shops 10 minutes, to the supermarket 15 minutes.

The apartment is on the second and last floor of a building on the center of Luz, about 200 meters from the beach, near supermarkets and restaurants. It has a beautiful view of the southern part of Luz and of the sea.

With a nice room with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds, the modern and equipped kitchenette has ceramic heat emitters, electric oven, little refrigerator, washing machine, microwaves, toasters, kettle, iron, etc.

Master bedroom has a double bed, all others twin beds. Kitchen equipped with dishwasher. Dining room and 2 separate sitting rooms. Well furnished. About 2 kilometers from Praia da Luz, it is located right on coast towards Burgau, only about 50 meters from the sea (rocks and cliffs with possibility to swim from). Beautiful views over the village, cliffs and sea. About 10 minutes walk to the village and beach by the coast line.

Largest private pool in the area, and well kept garden all around with a very large lawn, giving the house total privacy. Phone with meter. TV connected to satellite (Sky Free View), and Small Music Center. Car is Recommended.

Three bedrooms have double beds and one has twin beds. There is a further room in between the kitchen and hall, which has twin beds, however not considered as a bedroom.

Living room with a fireplace and dining room. Furnished in a rustic way, it is ideal for large families. Kitchen well equipped. Barbeque in the garden.

Situated about 1 kilometer from Praia da Luz near the coast towards Burgau. Only 150 meters to the sea (rocks and cliffs with possibility to swim from). Beautiful views over the coast and ocean. Long and deep pool (not suitable for children who cannot swim).

Garden around the villa with hedges, buganvilias, bushes. Total privacy. No phone. About 10 minutes walk to the village and beach along the shoreline.

Please Note, there is no TV set or Satellite installations at the villa.

Each bedroom has twin beds and faces the sea, with lovely views across to the beach and ocean, there is a sitting room with Satellite TV (Astra 1), a dining room, a hall, and a kitchen with dishwasher.

There are several terraces around the villa, so one can always find a nice sheltered place to sunbathe. Swimming pool with solar heating. Access to the beach is through a gate in the garden.

In spite of the unique location next to the beach, it is very quiet and sheltered because of the mature garden and walls, It is within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Phone with meter. Portable radio/CD player.

You enter between pillars and tall oleanders amidst old olives, almonds, and fig trees. Everything is well-established in overflowing flowerbeds. Most of the gardens – including the pool and badminton court – are high-walled and gated and completely private.

The house inside is farmhouse-traditional with wooden beams everywhere. There are deep ranch-style verandas with many chairs and tables. The house layout – with dining-room, library/TV room, big bed-sitting suites – gives plenty of options: it suits 6-8 as well as 12-14.

With the heated pool and the badminton court is a bar, a full kitchen (fridges, oven, BBQ), sunbeds and umbrellas, games and showers. Adjoining Tres Mares are vineyards and orchards for easy walking. Many great beaches are 1to 10 miles away.
