It has 2 bedrooms, on the first floor, one with a double bed, with a veranda where you can enjoy the view and the other with a single bed regular size and a mezzanine bed 1,50 meter long, this bedroom has air conditioning.
The ground floor is an open plan kitchen and a lounge, with seating for 4.The lounge has large glass doors leading onto the terrace which is equipped with outdoor furniture and a bbq.

The kitchen is equipped with, regular size fridge and freezer, microwave, vitroceramic stove, electric oven, washing machine, kettle, etc…
In the lounge, there is a radio, a tv with freeview and wireless internet.

Only a few steps away from Praia Prainha, sometimes described as Praia da Luz’s ‘secret’ beach.
Restaurants, banks, pubs, shops, supermarkets and the village’s historic church are nearby. From there it is only a short and traffic-free stroll along the scenic Paseo Maritimo to the main beach with its water sports facilities, cafes and shops.

Mostra de Doçaria – Doces, Mel e Licores (23 e 24 Março)

Ohh how about some sweets and honey and licors, there will be a small exhibition on the “Mercado do Levante” in Lagos, its organized by the local government of Freguesia de S. Sebastião. The event will take place on the 23rd and 24th of March, on the 23rd its from 17h to 23h and on the 24 its from 14h to 21h (old poster), with Free Entrance.

Feira do Folar e Artesanato de Barão de São João (30 and 31 Março)

Sweet! Nothing like taking a small weekend drive to Barão de São João to try some sweet folares, this fair has a bit of everything, lots of traditional produce, craftwork, local sweets, honey, wine and of course tons of easter folar!!!! Sure ill be there for the folar but there are also exhibits and dances and all sorts of fun! This is organized by the Junta de Freguesia de Barão de São João, its every afternoon from the 29th to the 31st of March, with Free Entrance.

The apartment has 2 south-facing bedrooms with private terraces, one double bedroom, and one twin bedroom, it also has 2 modern bathrooms, one with shower and another with a bathtub. The townhouse itself has a master bedroom with en-suit bathroom and a king size bed, as well as 2 twin bedrooms, one of them with a nice balcony overlooking the pool. downstairs you have a comfortable sitting and dinning room, fully equipped with Satelite TV and DVD player.

The modern kitchen as everything you expect from washing machine to dishwasher as well as a small sitting table for a quick snack, you can also eat outside on the pool patio where you also have a table and chairs, the patio then leads to the shared pool area (there is a lockable gate to prevent children from going to the pool).

Master bedroom has a double bed, all others twin beds. Kitchen equipped with dishwasher. Dining room and 2 separate sitting rooms. Well furnished. About 2 kilometers from Praia da Luz, it is located right on coast towards Burgau, only about 50 meters from the sea (rocks and cliffs with possibility to swim from). Beautiful views over the village, cliffs and sea. About 10 minutes walk to the village and beach by the coast line.

Largest private pool in the area, and well kept garden all around with a very large lawn, giving the house total privacy. TV connected to satellite (Sky Free View), and Small Music Center. Car is Recommended.

Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, and the other two with twin beds. There is a full bathroom and a clack room, both newly renewed. Two of the bedrooms lead to a small secluded garden with sun loungers.

Upstairs there is a living/dining area with an open fire, which leads to a terrace with outside table and chairs. There is a ample modern kitchen with cooker, fridge/freezer and all small appliances for breakfast and tea. And a new bathroom with shower. There is a TV and Hi-Fi.

The front door leads to a hall with steps going up to the living area and down to the bedrooms area.

Upstairs there is a Kitchen, Living and Dinning room, a toilet and a Balcony.

Fully equipped kitchen with full Cooker with Oven, Fridge and Freezer, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee Machine, Kettle, Toaster and other small appliances you need on your everyday.
Also has all the crockery and cutlery. The hot water in the kitchen is supplied by an electric heater.

The dinning/living room has a LCD Portuguese Channels and Satelite with freeview English channels, also a DVD player is available as well as a DVD library, and an Hi-fi with CD player.
The leaving room leads on to a terrace, with a proper barbecue, Sun chairs. Where you can have meals and barbecues, sunbathe and enjoy the views.
There are outside stairs from the balcony on to the pool area.

Wireless internet is available as an included service.

Downstairs you have four bedrooms, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom (that the beds can be joined together), one bedroom with 3 single beds with a bathroom en-suite with a bathtub and a small bedroom with a single bed. The three large bedroom all have french doors that open to the pool area and garden area.
There is also another large bathroom with a walk-in shower. The washing machine is in this bathroom.
The hot water for the bathrooms is supplied by a gas boiler that is outside the villa.

Swimming Pool 5 x 4m with steps, Depth 2m (no shallow end), Pool cover and it can be heater for an extra fee.

The garden has a couple of citrus trees and you are welcome to help your self.

Near the villa, less them 1 minute away, you have 2 coffee-shops, one of them is an internet cafe with computers, the bakery shop and the post office.
Supermarkets and the chemist are also nearby, 5 minute walk.
There are in the area several golf courses, like Boavista or Palmares golf clubs.
In the beach you have available lots of water-sports as well as dolphin watching.

Its is on the 2nd floor (last floor) of a small block of apartments. There is a large full bathroom, and an open plan kitchen. About 2 minutes walk to beach and shops. TV with few English channels. Washing machine.

Villa 100 upstairs, has a fitted pine kitchen with marble work tops that has been extended and contains a microwave, dishwasher, tumble dryer and washing machine in addition to the usual cooker and fridge/freezer. Then we have the light and airy living and dining room with wood burning fire, satellite television, video, plenty of holiday reading, as well as a dining table with seating for six, leading through sliding doors we have the terrace with large sunshades, tables and chairs, with a splendid sea view over the village, from the famous black rock cliff to the eastern edge of the beach.

The bedrooms are all on the ground floor. The first room on the left of the front door has space for 3 sleeps, with a bunk bed and a single bed with fitted wardrobe. Next to it we have the bathroom and next to it the shower room. The master bedroom, also with fitted wardrobe, has twin beds, with doors that open onto a shaded terrace and the swimming pool and lounge area, with a new ‘sun trap’ area for sunbathing around the pool.

A third bedroom has twin beds, and opens onto a fourth bedroom with a single bed built under the terrace, with a big window and a door to the shaded terrace and the pool. From the shaded terrace a spiral staircase leads up to the first flour terrace and living room, so you can go from the upstairs terrace to the pool from the outside. There is also plenty of equipment for family and young children, with extra care regarding children with child proof gates as to the access to the pool area and outside can be restricted.

Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin and a full bathroom. One of the bedrooms leads to a small terrace, communal garden and pool area.

Upstairs there is a cloakroom, a well equipped kitchen, with table – seats for 4 and a terrace. There is a microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. The living room leads to a terrace overlooking the garden and pool.

There is a TV with a limited number of English channels, and a fireplace. About 10 minutes walk to the beach, shops and restaurants.
