The front door leads to a hall with steps going up to the living room and kitchen and down to the bedrooms, upstairs you have furnishings keeping with the style of the property, the kitchen is well equipped with Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Microwave, as well as everything that is to be expected.

The dinning room and living room has a LCD with DVD and Radio, these lead to the large doors that open to the terrace where you can have meals and barbecues, sunbathe and enjoy the views, from there there is a small outside stairway to the swimming pool.

Downstairs you have four large bedrooms, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and one bedroom with 3 single beds with a bathroom en-suite, there is also a small single bedroom (best suited for a child or teenager), besides the small bedroom, all the three open directly onto the pool terrace, as well as the shaded enclosed garden

Villa Acacias 16, has 2 bedrooms, sea views, garden, pool, outdoor eating area, barbeque, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, Sattelite TV, safe.

Situated in a fine location within a few hundred yards from the glorious beach in Praia da Luz the house is brand new and very well equipped and decorated. The upstairs living/dining room has two sets of sliding doors opening onto a big terrace with table and chairs and a spectacular sea view. The fitted modern kitchen contains a microwave, dishwasher, tumble and washing machine in addition to the usual cooker and fridge/freezer toaster, kettle, coffee machine, etc.

Main entrance to the house is on the first floor. The bedrooms are on the ground floor. The master bedroom with bathroom en suite, and another twin bedroom and a shower room. Both with fitted cupboards and both open into the private garden with lawn and pool, facing south. There are sundowners in the pool area. A spiral staircase leads up to the light and airy living/dining room with wood burning fire, Satellite digital television with range of English channels, a dining table with seating for four. Large sliding doors open onto a spacious terrace with parasol and dining table and chairs and beautiful sea views over the sea, village and cliffs. The fitted kitchen, which is larger than most village houses, has granite work tops and excellent equipment: fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, fitted electric oven and gas top.

Any animal offered for adoption will have all its shots as well as a identity microchip.

Also in regards with the adoption program, each week a new animal will be chosen as a highlight and that animal will have all its taxes, shots, microchip for free.

The Municipal Kennel is always open to everyone during the week, from 8h30 to 12h00 and from 13h00 to 16h00, also its open in the last Saturday of the Month from 9h00 to 12h00 for anyone that wants to adopt but cant come during the week.

first is Villa Almarsa, located in the slope of Praia da Luz, so it has a really nice view of Luz and its garden, its spacious and comfortable with a really nice swimming pool,

the second is Apartment 2F more inside Luz, its a small apartment but really nice with modern furniture and a view of Luz (since in the last floor).

The villa is divided into three floors, on the ground floor there are three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with twin single beds, all of them with patio doors facing the swimming pool area, as well as two fully equipped modern bathrooms.

On the first floor there is a large master bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning with an en suite bathroom.

On the second floor, there is a large sitting room, comfortably furnished, with a fireplace as well as air conditioning, with Satellite TV and DVD, leading into the slightly raised dinning area and a fully equipped kitchen, with washing machine, a dishwasher, microwave. From the kitchen and dinning there is access to the rear garden.

The Vila has a large surrounding garden, in front there is a large patio with sun lounges and sun shades with a large swimming pool with beautiful overlooking views.

The apartment is on the second and last floor of a building on the center of Luz, about 200 meters from the beach, near supermarkets and restaurants. It has a beautiful view of the southern part of Luz and of the sea.

With a nice room with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds, the modern and equipped kitchenette has ceramic heat emitters, electric oven, little refrigerator, washing machine, microwaves, toasters, kettle, iron, etc.

On another note, last Friday was a bit cloudy and windy and wavy, it was still quite warm so a lot of people went to the beach ^^ but today Monday it was even better.

In the Cultural Center of Barão de São João in the 3rd and 4th of April, between 3pm and midnight, you can enjoy your easter weekend by visiting the 9th local easter fare, that has local craftsmanship as well as local dishes and the traditional easter sweet, the folar (its a sort of sweet bread with a whole egg inside).

There will be several musical acts as well as a folar contest and a easter themed exibit through out the township, seems like a good time to me ^_^
