Villa 36 is a 3 bedroom villa situated in the East of the village of Luz, at around five minutes walk to the beach. The villa is across from the Luz Bay Hotel, and the brand new development “Vila Baia” both with good amenities.
Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, and the other two with twin beds. There is a full bathroom and a clack room, both newly renewed. Two of the bedrooms lead to a small secluded garden with sun loungers.
Upstairs there is a living/dining area with an open fire, which leads to a terrace with outside table and chairs. There is a ample modern kitchen with cooker, fridge/freezer and all small appliances for breakfast and tea. And a new bathroom with shower. There is a TV and Hi-Fi.
