The house covers 280 sq/m, with 2 double and 2 twin bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms, a large and cozy living room, with a separate dinning room and a modern fully equipped kitchen with a built in laundry room.
The pool is a level deck infinity saltwater chlorinated pool. There is a large timber decked outdoor shaded dining and barbecue area. As well as a hammocks and a Bali brought from Thailand, to relax at the end of the day, awesome for naps.
On weekdays our housekeeper provides exceptional non-intrusive housekeeping services and our gardener is on call and keeps the garden in perfect condition.
The villa has been owned by the same family for more than 20 years and its in perfect condition and a great place to get away from the busy summer on Praia da Luz, Its also 10 minute walk from the Luz and all the commodities and the beach.
