Casa Belvedere is a luxury villa in a secluded location with its own garden and pool. The villa is located about 2km north of Lagos and is built at the top of a hillside with stunning views of the surrounding countryside.
It is 5 minutes drive to the nearest beach and there are several golf courses nearby. It is only 20 minutes to drive to the wonderful secluded surf beaches of the west coast.
1st floor: master bedroom with king size bed. En-suite bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle to master bedroom.
Ground floor: 2nd bedroom with king size bed, 3rd bedroom with twin beds and 4th bedroom with bunk beds. En-suite bathroom to 2nd bedroom, and shower room for bedrooms 3 and 4.
Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and 2 fridges, separated from the dining area by a breakfast bar.
Spacious open-plan living room and dining area which can be heated with a large wood burning stove. Patio doors open onto a large terraced area, garden and swimming pool that can be heated.
