Each bedroom has twin beds and faces the sea, with lovely views across to the beach and ocean, there is a sitting room with Satellite TV (Astra 1), a dining room, a hall, and a kitchen with dishwasher.

There are several terraces around the villa, so one can always find a nice sheltered place to sunbathe. Swimming pool with solar heating. Access to the beach is through a gate in the garden.

In spite of the unique location next to the beach, it is very quiet and sheltered because of the mature garden and walls, It is within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Phone with meter. Portable radio/CD player.

Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms, both twin bedrooms but beds can be set together. There is a full bathroom. Main bedroom leads to a 20 sq.meters partially shaded terraced garden.

Upstairs there is a living/dining area with an open fire, which leads to a terrace with nice views. It has a nice brand new kitchen, with a complete stove/cooker, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave as well as the usual small appliances. There’s a TV with portuguese and satellite channels, english, german.
