An example of your special efforts was when friends with very young children had a problem with the boiler in the property on Saturday night and you arranged for a plumber to come out and fix the problem so that they had hot water that night. On another occasion when we had a break in, your Manager’s help and advice/support in dealing with the local police and the subsequent insurance claim was invaluable. It made a stressful event less of a problem .
Also your local knowledge and contacts with the local council and officials is so helpful if there is a problem.
All in all I have nothing but praise for you and your team. I know my experience is very similar to other owners. You provide a personal, caring, high quality service which gives us as owners the peace of mind in knowing that our property is being managed and maintained to the highest standards.
In this day and age it is so good to find an organization that really values its customers and where the Principal of the business takes such an interest in her clients and staff with the aim of delighting her clients/owners.
