For LuzDoc, just call them or send them a e-mail they will ask you the dates and tell you when to come and do the test and get the results when you need them, its pretty much the same for all as well as prices.

The pharmacy in Luz doesn’t do tests the last time I checked, they do sell the quick tests, but those are not usable for travel.

Also does the Farmacia da Luz also do the test and how much notice should I give to book if they also do it.
