Description
Villa Lorimana is a classic townhouse style villa, exceptionally spacious and comfortable with a private pool, located between Luz and Burgau.
Entering the villa you have a hall and cloakroom, leading to a large sitting and dining room with an open fireplace. There is a TV with Portuguese Cable TV with international channels as well as Wifi Internet, the french windows open out onto a partly covered terrace and the pool area.
There is a fitted kitchen with table and chairs for a quick breakfast, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a 2nd refrigerator with deep freeze. There is also a separate laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
All the bedrooms are large and have beamed ceilings. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, dressing room and en-suite bathroom. Patio doors lead out onto the garden.
The twin and double bedrooms both have en-suite shower rooms and also have patio doors that lead onto the garden.
In the east wing there is a family suite with a very large twin bedded room, shower room and an additional children’s bedroom with 2 sets of full size bunk beds, a single bed and a baby cot.
The swimming pool is 8m x 5m with an adjacent shower. The pool can be heated for an additional fee and pool fencing is also available. There is built in BBQ and lovely mature gardens with lawn, flowering shrubs and fruit trees surrounding the villa, including a large and comfortable shaded dining area.
The villa is located on a hill in a peaceful rural location, walled and gated for security. With beautiful views of the sea, mountain range and countryside. A car is recommended to reach the towns of Luz, Burgau and the city of Lagos, all of these are around 3km away.
This villa has private parking inside the property and its part of a cul-de-sac and therefore away from any main roads and noise, this is the perfect villa if you want a relaxing and fun holiday away from all the fuss of the towns, but still close enough with a small drive away of a large selection of shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, beaches and a whole lot of fun.
Weekly cleaning and utilities are included in the price on short term stays, but are paid separately on long term stays (1 month or more).
