Lovely traditional Luz Bay villa, located at walking distance of the beach in Luz.
With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a renewed kitchen, it has all that is needed for an easy family holiday in Praia da Luz.
Two bedrooms have twin beds and the master bedroom has a double bed.
The Kitchen is small but well equipped, leading to a comfortable living room with sofas and dining table, with cable tv and wifi internet.
The terrace on the first floor is perfect for outside meals, with a great sea view, and downstairs the south facing garden is great for sun lounging.
This villa is very centrally located in luz, very close to restaurants,cafes, bars, supermarkets and a stone throw from the beach!
There is plenty of parking at the front, although a car is not necessary, this is a perfectly located villa if you enjoy your days outdoors on the beach.
Weekly cleaning and utilities are included in the price on short term stays, but are paid separately on long term stays (1 month or more).
