This beautiful villa was built and equipped to the highest standard, and is extremely easy to live in. It is ideal for family holidays, any time of the year.
It has two bedrooms with double bed, both with en suite bathrooms on the upper floor, and both with private terraces and a wonderful sea view. The third bedroom and bathroom with shower has two beds but can be made also as double bed.
There is a large living and dining room, TV with UK and Portuguese channels as well as Wifi Internet, and a shaded terrace for outside meals and a BBQ. Large fully equipped modern kitchen.
The property has private parking inside, and automatic opening gates. The private pool can be heated for an additional fee. Air Conditioning also available for an additional fee.
This villa is situated in a secluded area of Luz, away from the main roads, but still in walking distance of the center of Luz where you can find restaurants, supermarkets, bars, cafes and all the amenities.
Weekly cleaning and utilities are included in the price on short term stays, but are paid separately on long term stays (1 month or more).
