Situated in a privileged area just a few meters from the beautiful Luz beach, the villa is equipped for a family with young children.
On the ground floor, you will find 2 bedrooms with single beds and 2 bathrooms, one of them completely renovated with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Through one of the bedrooms you have access to the property’s terrace, where you can find a small garden with outdoor furniture to relax at the end of the day. It also has a small storage room, where you can find the washing machine.
Access to the first floor is via stairs. At the top of the stairs there is a safety gate for children. This contains the living room, kitchen and third bedroom.
The living room has sofas, TV with MEO channels, high-speed fiber internet and a dining table with seating for 6 people. It also has access to a small balcony where you can enjoy the magnificent view of the sea and the famous rocks of Praia da Luz.
The third bedroom has two single beds.
The kitchen was recently renovated and is fully equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave and all the utensils needed to prepare your meals. The kitchen has access to a balcony with an external table and chairs.
The property has 1 private parking space at the door.
Central heating is available for winter stays.
On short-term holiday bookings, weekly cleaning and basic services (Water, Electricity, Gas, TV, Internet) are included in the final price, on long-term bookings (1 month or more) these are paid separately.
