Apartment 47A is located on Rua Direita, about 200m from the beach.
It’s a small apartment, simply decorated and in a great location for family vacations.
The apartment has direct street access, with a private entrance and two internal floors.
Upon entering, you will find some stairs that you have to climb to the 1st floor, where you will find the kitchen and living room, which are an open space. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals; there is a small dining table, a sofa bed, a television smart TV, and high-speed fiber internet. There is 1 bedroom with a double bed and built-in wardrobes. The bathroom has a shower.
Access to the second floor is via stairs, where you can find the washing machine, dryer, and access to the private terrace. The terrace is quite large and has a barbecue, table and chairs, and sun loungers; it is ideal for enjoying family time.
Located in a very central area of Praia da Luz, the beach is a 3-minute walk away, as are restaurants, supermarkets, and bars. Everything you could want for a relaxing holiday in Luz.
On short-term holiday bookings, weekly cleaning and basic services (Water, Electricity, Gas, TV, Internet) are included in the final price, on long-term bookings (1 month or more) these are paid separately.
