Apartment 5 has an amazing sea view, space, light and easy to live in. Its ideal for a comfortable holiday for a couple or small family. At walking distance of the beach, restaurants and shops, in a quiet area of Praia da Luz.
Entering the apartment you will find an ample and light filled living and dining room with seating for six with large windows with views of the sea and the village. Wide doors lead to a south facing balcony where you can relax and enjoy outside dining and the view.
A big kitchen off the living room, is equipped with modern appliances including cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer.
The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with baths on both. The main bedroom has twin beds together and a built-in wardrobe. Wide sliding doors offer access to the balcony. The second bedroom has twin beds as well as a built-in wardrobe.
There is a gas fire for winter stays. UK Satellite TV is provided with a selection of English channels, as well as a DVD player.
The apartment is located on the first floor. There is ample free parking.
Within a short walk you can find the beautiful beach in Luz with its promenade, cafes, restaurants, shops, pharmacy, and all you need for a wonderful stay.
Weekly cleaning and utilities are included in the price on short term stays, but are paid separately on long term stays (1 month or more).
