Casa Bella is a fully modern refurnished villa located in a quiet area of Praia da Luz.
This is a villa with 2 floors, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a private pool.
On the ground floor you will find the kitchen, which opens onto the living area and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave and all the basic utensils for preparing your meals. The dining area has a table and chairs for 6 people.
The living room is large, has 2 sofas, air conditioning and cable TV with HD channels and High Speed Fiber Internet. It has sliding windows that lead onto the outdoor area, where you can find a table and chairs for meals, a BBQ and the pool that has sun loungers. Also on the ground floor, you will find a small guest bathroom. The washing machine is in the garage.
On the 1st floor, you will find the 3 bedrooms, all with double beds and air conditioning. Two of the bedrooms have built-in closets, and the third has a simple closet. The two bathrooms with shower have a very modern decor. There is also a large balcony and access to the terrace where you have a magnificent view of the surrounding area and the sea.
At the entrance there is a small garden, has private parking for 1 car, inside the property, as well as public parking area just outside the gate.
For short-term holiday bookings, weekly cleaning and basic services (Water, Electricity, Gas, TV, Internet) are included in the final price, for long-term bookings (1 month or more) these are paid separately.
