Description
Casa Pôr do Sol is a lovely villa in the Monte Lemos area of Praia da Luz, with a private swimming pool and lovely views of the countryside.
Located in a very quaint area of Praia da Luz, Casa Pôr do Sol is a perfect holiday villa if you want to stay close to the village of Luz but in a nice secluded area.
You enter the villa through a gate, this goes into the patio where you can find multiple tables for having meals outside as well as patio furniture to enjoy the outdoors with some small steps leading to the swimming pool.
The easiest way to enter the villa is trough the kitchen door, the kitchen is very clean and modern with all the appliances with a table for a quick meal or extra space for preparations, from the kitchen you have double doors leading into the living room, you have another table here for a meal as well as sofas and 4k Cable TV with plenty of English speaking channels as well as UK Freeview TV, the house has high speed fiber internet as well as Apple TV so you can watch Netflix in high quality.
From the living room you have the main entrance hall, with a small bathroom as well as a small room with an extra fridge and a washing machine.
Going up the stairs you have the main bathroom with a bathtub, to your left followed by 3 bedrooms, one a children’s room with a small sofa and a bunk bed as well as a TV with DVD player.
In front you have a nice bedroom with 2 single beds, and at the end of the corridor you have the third bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom with a shower.
If you go another small flight of stairs you have a small area to work or rest with books and a lounge chair, this goes into the terrace with a small table and chairs with a great view of the pool and countryside, to your right you have the master bedroom with a super king size bed with a private bathroom with a bathtub and also a sliding door into the terrace.
The private swimming pool has a depth of 1m to 2m. This pool can be heated for an additional charge, amazing for spring retreat.
There is also private parking at the rear of the villa. The villa is about a 20min walk from the village of Luz, but it is recommended a car, in Luz you can find restaurants, bars, supermarkets, etc. Or you can have short drive into the city of Lagos.
Weekly cleaning and utilities are included in the price on short term stays, but are paid separately on long term stays (1 month or more).
