Casa Sanlucar is a modern luxury villa with a private heated pool in a secluded and quiet part of Praia da Luz.
Sanlucar is a detached villa located in a cul de sac in Praia da Luz, just a short 10min walk or car ride to the center of the village of Luz where you can find the beach, restaurants, shops and supermarkets.
This is a walled property surrounded by a well kept and beautiful garden with lawn as well as a private pool, you enter the property through a electric security gate where you can park on the private driveway.
Entering the villa you have stairs going up and down, on the top floor you have a modern well equipped kitchen with a small table and chairs as well as access to the balcony where you will find a dinning table to have meals outside with a nice view of the sea and surrounding area.
Also on the top floor you will find the living room with a large dinning table as well as sofas, fireplace and TV with cable channels, DVD and CD and high speed fiber Wifi.
Going downstairs from the main entrance you will find the four bedrooms, these all have twin beds and two have en-suite bathrooms, with one of the bedrooms also having a safe and TV with DVD, all bedrooms have doors leading to the pool terrace and garden area.
The pool has several lounge chairs and sun shade as well as a outside shower and a small space with a built-in BBQ with washing and table and chairs, the pool is a 10m by 5m overflow swimming pool, the pool can be heated for an additional charge.
This is a wonderful family holiday home with ample space and private swimming pool it is perfect if you want some peace and quiet with the occasional trip into the village of Luz or Lagos for some shopping, beach or just some fun.
Weekly cleaning and utilities are included in the price on short term stays, but are paid separately on long term stays (1 month or more).
