Casa Wellen is a quaint 2 floor apartment with 2 bedrooms right next to the beach in Luz with a fantastic view of the beach and ocean.
This apartment is in 2 floors, you can enter through the front or back, through the front you go up a pair of stairs and enter in the kitchenet living room area, here you have a well equipped kitchenet, with a dining table a comfortable living room, this has HD Cable TV and High Speed Fiber Wireless Internet.
The living room leads you to your balcony with an amazing view of the beach here in Luz as well as the ocean and the famous black rock, there are table and chairs to have a wonderful meal with a view.
Going downstairs there are two bedrooms, one with two single beds and the main room with a double bed, between both you have the bathroom with shower as well as the washing machine.
From the main bedroom it leads to to a small lounge area and a small gate that you can use as well.
This apartment is part of a complex, nestled near the beach, so you have plenty of parking but you are also not on a main road so its less busy and noisy even in the Summer time.
Since you are in the center of Luz, everything is just a small walk away, in the direction of the beach you have the boardwalk and lots of small restaurants and all the activities of the beach, but if you go on the opposite direction you have the supermarkets, pharmacy, more restaurants and plenty more that Praia da Luz has to offer.
Casa Wellen is in a ideal location especially if you like to spend your days outdoors close to the beach.
Weekly cleaning and utilities are included in the price on short term stays, but are paid separately on long term stays (1 month or more).
