Villa Maison 11C is a fully modern refurnished townhouse right next to the promenade in Praia da Luz, literally a minute from the beach, with sea views and all the modern furnishings.
This fantastic, modern house at the entrance has a small patio, with chairs and hammock, on the ground flour you have both bedrooms, the front facing bedroom has a queen size bed, there is a small bathroom with shower on the hall between both bedrooms and then you have the master bedroom also with a queen size bed and a private bathroom, its has sliding windows that lead into a small patio where you can find the jacuzzi as well as lounge chairs and sunshade.
Going up the stairs you have a modern minimalist living room with HD Cable TV and High Speed Fiber Wireless Internet, it has a small balcony with seating with views to the black rock and sea.
You have as well a fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen island, from the kitchen you can go to a secluded balcony with views to the church in Luz, this balcony also has a small BBQ grill to cook outside, perfect to enjoy evening meals.
There is easy parking in the front and back of the villa, but you are literally in the center of Praia da Luz and next to the beach as well as all the conveniences like bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, all a few steps away. So a car is not a necessity.
Weekly cleaning and utilities are included in the price on short term stays, but are paid separately on long term stays (1 month or more).
