Description
Oceanis B is a modern apartment inside the Oceanis Villa, this is a fully furnished and recently renovated apartment with a fantastic view of the sea and the black rock as well as full use of the villa’s large swimming pool and garden.
The entrance to the villa complex has 6 apartments, apartment B is in the middle going down a small flight of stairs, after you open the entrance door, you will have on your left side the first bedroom with two single beds while on the right side you will have a bathroom with shower.
Going forward you will have the second bedroom with more two single beds, this one has a private bathroom also with a shower, this bedroom leads to the private patio and then the villa’s large common pool.
Next to the bedroom you have the living room with a large sofa with small table, chairs, with flatscreen tv, cable tv and high speed fiber internet.
The fully equipped and recently renovated kitchen with dishwasher and washing machines is right next to it, from the living you you will also have access to the patio through some sliding doors.
On the patio you have sun-lounges a big table with chairs to enjoy meals outside, there are some small stairs that go into the shared pool of the villa as well as the surrounding garden.
There is easy parking in the front, the apartment is a short walk of only 15 minutes into the town of Praia da Luz with all of it’s amenities of bars, restaurants and supermarkets. A rental car or taxi is recommended if you want to head into Luz, Lagos or other neighboring towns and villages.
Weekly cleaning and utilities are included in the price on short term stays, but are paid separately on long term stays (1 month or more).
