It is a spacious apartment with access to a shared pool. It is located in a quiet area of Praia da Luz, about 10 minutes walk from the beach.
This large and very comfortable apartment is located on the ground floor in one of the blocks of the St James condominium. Access without stairs, via a ramp.
When we enter the apartment, we find on the left side the kitchen, which is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher and all the utensils necessary to prepare your meals.
In front is a spacious living room with 2 sofas, dining table, air conditioning, television and internet with wifi. The living room has a balcony with a table and chairs where you can enjoy the sea view.
On the right side of the living room are the bedrooms and bathrooms.
The main bedroom has a double bed, a balcony and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The other bedroom has 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and air conditioning. Between both bedrooms is the 2nd bathroom with a bathtub.
This condominium has a large outdoor pool with green areas and sun loungers, it also has a playground, which is common to all apartments.
There is plenty of parking around the condominium, close to the apartment.
On short-term holiday bookings, weekly cleaning and basic services (Water, Electricity, Gas, TV, Internet) are included in the final price, on long-term bookings (1 month or more) these are paid separately.
