Description
This property is in a privileged area and just a few meters from the beautiful Praia da Luz beach.
On the first floor you can find the kitchen, which is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and all the necessary utensils to prepare your meals, a guest bathroom and a large living and dining area with sofas, fireplace, cable tv and high-speed fiber internet, video, a selection of books to read and a dining table with chairs.
The living room has wide sliding doors that give access to the terrace which has a magnificent view over the village, the sea and the famous rocks at the end of Praia da Luz.
On the terrace there is a table with chairs for your outdoor meals, an awning, a BBQ and stairs that give direct access to the swimming pool on the lower floor.
On the ground floor, you will find 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and the property’s swimming pool. All bedrooms have 2 single beds and built-in wardrobes. Two of them have direct access to the pool area. Both bathrooms have showers.
The kidney-shaped pool is 0.70m deep at the shallow end and 1.50m deep at the deep end. Access to the pool is controlled by gates, so children’s use is supervised.
Weekly cleaning and utilities are included in the price on short term stays, but are paid separately on long term stays (1 month or more).
