Villa 32 is a beautiful, spacious villa in the heart of Praia da Luz with a real homely, welcoming feel about it.
Villa 32 also known as Castelo de Areia (Sand Castle in Portuguese) is a lovely spacious three bedroom villa, in a quiet area of Luz, 400 meters from the beach and with a wonderful surprise in the garden, a 4 people Jacuzzi.
The three bedrooms are at the entrance level, with a family shower room and an en suite bathroom.
The main bedroom has a double bed while the other two bedrooms have each twin beds.
The villa has a beautiful kitchen with fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, washing machine and tumble dryer, electric oven and gas top. It does not have a dishwasher.
Spacious open lounge with a big terrace with a wonderful view to the beach and the famous black rock of Luz. Guaranteed to see the sun rise and the moon over the sea.
This villa is comfortable all year round, with air conditioning on all rooms, electric heating as well as a pellet burner and open fireplace.
Plenty of outside furniture to chill out and have great family meals.

Being in the center of Luz it is perfectly located to walk anywhere from the beach to the restaurants, bars or supermarket.
Weekly cleaning and utilities are included in the price on short term stays, but are paid separately on long term stays (1 month or more).
