Description
Villa 36 is a 3 bedroom villa situated to the east of the village of Praia da Luz, roughly 5 minutes walk from the beach.
The villa is just across the road from the Luz Bay Hotel, and the brand new development “Vila Baia” both with good amenities.
Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, and the second and third bedrooms have 2 single beds in each. Two of the bedrooms open out onto a small, secluded garden with sun loungers.
There is also a family bathroom and cloakroom, both recently renovated.
Upstairs there is a living room and dining area with an open fire. There is an Apple TV, a Hi-Fi system and also Wifi Internet. French windows open out onto a terrace with outside table and chairs.
There is also a shower room on the first floor as well as a fully equipped kitchen.
This village is perfect for a few days of total rest, just two steps away you will find restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, bars etc… and not to mention the fantastic beach, where you can take long walks and enjoy beautiful baths in the sun.
This villa has private parking.
Weekly cleaning and utilities are included in the price on short term stays, but are paid separately on long term stays (1 month or more).
