Villa 53 is a four bedroom townhouse style villa with a private garden and private parking, only 300 meters from the beach.
The villa is laid out on a split level, with stairs leading down from the entrance lobby to the ground floor bedrooms and up to the first floor living areas.
Downstairs it has four bedrooms, two twins and two doubles, there are two bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms are south facing and with direct access to the garden area.
On the first floor level there is a good-size lounge/dining room, with rounded open fireplace, Large TV with HD Cable TV, with both the dining area inside and the balcony table with seating for eight. Dining room opens onto a sun terrace with a nice view to the Luz bay cliffs and the sea. Also a cloakroom.
