Description
Casa da Avó Villa 57, is a charming villa a stone throw from the beach in Luz, with fantastic views of the beach and the sea.
On the ground floor it has 3 bedrooms, two of them are twin rooms and one is a double, 2 bathrooms with bath tub. All rooms have access to a terrace.
On the first floor we have a fully equipped kitchen including microwave, kettle, oven, fridge with freezer, as well as dishwasher and linen. There is also a cloak room.
The living room and dining room have a large TV with portuguese cable TV and Wifi Internet. The lounge opens onto a large south facing terrace with incredible views of the beach, and with table and chairs for dining, and sun loungers for sunbathing and relaxing.
This villa has the best of both worlds, it is very close to the beach, and is also in a cul-de-sac located in a quiet area with parking at the door!
You are literally in the center of Luz, you can go down directly to the promenade and beach or you can go up to the center for all the supermarkets, pharmacy and shops.
Weekly cleaning and utilities are included in the price on short term stays, but are paid separately on long term stays (1 month or more).
