Unfortunately today we have some not so good news, the CTT, owners of the Post Office Service in Portugal have decided that they don’t want the Post Office here in Praia da Luz, they are now actively seeking an alternative since they have universal postal service obligations and a contract that requires them to provide a similar service in the area, this is not a good thing!

Replacing a proper postal service for a substandard one run by a third party is not a good alternative both in service and confidentiality, this decision will impact everyone, as such we urge you to sign the online petition here http://bit.ly/correiosdaluz as well as visit visit our office or the local council and sign the paper petition, everyone in Luz is together against the closing of the CTT in Luz, lets keep the Post Office where it is, thank you very much.
